Michaelia is also in charge of all post-closing document delivery functions and ensures that lenders, mortgage brokers, buyers and sellers receive their important documents securely, within twenty-four hours of all closing transactions. Michaelia loves the joy of congratulating our clients on the sale or purchase of their home on closing day.
