Marinela supports the firm’s Compliance Practice and ensures that the mortgage companies we serve receive timely delivery of documents and information requests. Marinela assists the onboarding process for compliance clients and facilitates attorney review of their existing compliance management systems. She also supports our clients’ bank examination processes, aggregating documentation, and reports for compliance reviews, including loan logs, policies, and management reports. She also provides technical support to our clients to ensure seamless utility of our secure data submission portals.
Marinela also assists in clients’ quarterly and annual reporting requirements, compliance training support, and legal research. She also enjoys working with our pro-bono clients, learning new skills, and helping clients feel a strong sense of reassurance that their concerns are being fully addressed by the attorney in charge of their matters.
